Ingredients
- 2 cups whole milk
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup cornstarch
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 vanilla bean (scraped)
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream (topping)
Method

Whisk milk, sugar, cornstarch, and yolks in pot.

Cook over medium heat, whisking constantly until thick pudding forms.

Stir in vanilla bean seeds.
